Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email will also include the approval or denial status of your refund request.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it promptly, and your refund will be credited back to your credit card or your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we advise that you first recheck your bank account. Afterwards, please get in touch with your credit card company as it could take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Your bank should be your next point of contact as there may be a delay in processing before the refund is posted. We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged, within 3 months of purchase with proof of purchase.
